Summer Undergraduate Laboratory Internship
The Summer Undergraduate Laboratory Internship (SULI) enables interested undergraduates to work at PPPL for a paid internship. Opportunities are available in the summer and throughout the academic year.
As a part of the internship, students are offered housing on the Princeton University campus and a stipend for the 10-week experience. During the first week, students learn about plasma physics and fusion in an intensive course combining laboratory techniques with the fundamentals of plasma physics.
The Department of Energy’s Workforce Development for Teachers and Scientists offers talented undergraduates the unique opportunity to participate in research at one of the elite DOE national laboratories. For more detailed information, visit the Department of Energy SULI site.
