K-8 Programs
We encourage students of all ages to take an interest in science! Our staff are happy to do classroom visits for classes of any level to speak about plasma and fusion, and we invite all ages to join us for hands-on demonstrations at the festivals we participate in.
Middle school students are invited to compete in the New Jersey Regional Science Bowl, hosted at PPPL. At the annual Young Women’s Conference, young women from grades 7-10 are given the opportunity to interact with women in science from around the nation through lectures, tours, and hands-on activities.
All students, teachers, parents, and members of the general public are invited to expand their horizons through our lecture series: Science on Saturday. All lectures are open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend!
